1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information Medical Media Partners LLC – DBA TrimToday and its affiliates, including certain affiliated professional entities (collectively, “TrimToday,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may collect from you or that you provide when you use the website trytrimtoday.com and related services (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
Use of the Platform is governed by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If any term in this Privacy Policy is unacceptable to you, please do not use the Platform or provide any personal information.
TrimToday is committed to protecting your privacy. We provide this Privacy Policy to explain the types of information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the specific practices and guidelines that protect the security and confidentiality of your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information You Provide
We collect personal information you provide directly to us, including:
- Identity information: First and last name, date of birth, gender, government-issued ID (for identity verification).
- Contact information: Email address, mailing address, shipping address, telephone number, and mobile phone number.
- Account credentials: Username, password, and account security information.
- Payment information: Credit card number, expiration date, billing address (processed by our payment processor, not stored by us in full).
- Health and medical information: Medical history, current medications, allergies, height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, photographs you submit, and any other clinical information relevant to your care. This information is also addressed in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
- Communications: Content of messages, emails, SMS, and other communications you send to us or our affiliated professionals.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Platform, we automatically collect:
- Device and connection information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and network information.
- Usage information: Pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, referring website, search terms used.
- Location information: General geographic location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.

- Affiliated medical providers and pharmacies who deliver care to you
- Identity verification services
- Payment processors
- Marketing and analytics partners (where you have consented)

- Directly from you: When you provide information by registering on the Platform, completing intake forms, communicating with us, or making a purchase.
- Automatically: As you navigate through the Platform, through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).

We may use the information we collect about you, including personal information, for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account and process registrations.
- To provide our services, including coordinating telehealth consultations and prescription fulfillment.
- To process payments and complete transactions.
- To communicate with you about your account, treatment, orders, refills, and customer service inquiries.
- To send you marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).
- To improve the Platform, develop new features, and conduct research and analytics.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity.
- To comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and to respond to legal requests.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and other policies.
- For other purposes for which we obtain your consent.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
5.1 With Healthcare Providers and Pharmacies
We share your information with the affiliated professional entities, medical providers, and pharmacies who provide your care, including Logos Pharmacy (Tampa, FL) and Angel Pharmacy (Hudson, FL). This sharing is necessary to deliver telehealth services and fulfill your prescriptions.
5.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, email delivery, SMS messaging, hosting, analytics, customer support, and identity verification. These providers are contractually required to use your information only as needed to provide services to us and to maintain appropriate security measures. See Section 6 for the named third-party processors.
5.3 For Legal Purposes
We may disclose information when required by law, including in response to court orders, subpoenas, government investigations, or other legal processes; to protect the rights, property, or safety of TrimToday, our users, or others; or to comply with regulatory or legal obligations.
5.4 In Business Transactions
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of company assets, your information may be transferred to a successor or acquiring entity, subject to a continuing privacy commitment.
5.5 With Your Consent
We may share your information for other purposes with your consent.
5.6 Aggregated and De-Identified Information
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for any purpose, including research, marketing, and business development.

7. Cookies, Tracking, and Analytics
7.1 Cookies We Use
Our Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use:
- Necessary cookies: Required for the Platform to function (e.g., session management, secure log-in, consent preferences). These cannot be disabled.
- Functional cookies: Enable enhanced functionality such as remembering preferences, social media sharing, and feedback collection.
- Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors use the Platform (e.g., page views, bounce rate, traffic sources). We use Google Analytics for this purpose.
- Advertising cookies: Deliver and measure personalized advertisements. We use Meta Pixel and similar advertising technologies.
7.2 Managing Cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner displayed on our Platform, your browser settings, or by visiting the opt-out pages of advertising networks. You may also use browser-based “Do Not Track” signals; we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal for users in jurisdictions where it has legal effect.
7.3 Third-Party Tracking

8. SMS and Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number to TrimToday, you expressly consent to receive SMS (text message) communications. SMS terms are detailed in Section VIII of our Terms of Service. Highlights include:
- Frequency: Variable based on your activity; marketing messages no more than 10 per month.
- Carrier rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message from 727-228-1025 to unsubscribe.
- Help: Reply HELP for help or email support@trytrimtoday.com.
Your mobile phone number and SMS content are treated as Protected Health Information (“PHI”) where applicable under HIPAA and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes by unrelated parties.
9. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services to you. After your account is closed, we retain certain information as follows:
- Medical records: Retained for a minimum of 6 years per HIPAA requirements, and longer where state law or operational need requires.
- Financial records: Retained for at least 7 years per applicable tax and accounting laws.
- Marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or 3 years of inactivity, whichever is sooner.
- Account data: Retained for 3 years after account closure unless retained for medical or legal reasons.
- SMS records: Retained for 4 years to demonstrate TCPA consent compliance.
- Aggregated/de-identified data: May be retained indefinitely.
We may retain information longer if required by law, court order, or legitimate business need.
10. Data Security
We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to reasonably secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. These include:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- HIPAA-compliant secure servers and storage
- Role-based access controls and authentication
- Regular security assessments and audits
- Employee training on privacy and security
- Business Associate Agreements with all third-party service providers handling PHI
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.
11. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a security incident that involves unauthorized access to, acquisition of, or disclosure of your personal information, we will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable federal and state law, including HIPAA’s Breach Notification Rule (where PHI is involved), state breach notification laws, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Notifications will be provided:
- To affected individuals, via the contact information on file (email, postal mail, or SMS)
- Without unreasonable delay, and in any event no later than 60 days after discovery (per HIPAA where applicable)
- To the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights, as required
- To state attorneys general and other regulators, as required by state law
12. Children’s Privacy
TrimToday does not knowingly provide services to minors under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with information should contact us at support@trytrimtoday.com.
13. International Users
TrimToday is operated from and for the United States. Our services are available only to residents of the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not knowingly collect or process information from residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other international jurisdictions. If you are located outside the United States, please do not use our Platform.
14. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”):
- Right to Know: You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share about you.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. TrimToday does not sell personal information. If you wish to opt out of sharing for advertising purposes, email support@trytrimtoday.com with the subject line “Do Not Share.”
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (including health information) to that which is necessary to provide our services.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@trytrimtoday.com with the subject line “California Privacy Rights Request” or call +1 727-228-1025. We will verify your identity before processing your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.
15. Washington My Health My Data Act
If you are a Washington State resident, you have additional rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act (“MHMDA”), which took effect in 2024. The MHMDA applies to “consumer health data,” which includes information that identifies a consumer’s past, present, or future physical or mental health status, including data about weight, BMI, body measurements, fertility, gender-affirming care, reproductive or sexual health, biometric data, and related information.
15.1 Your Rights
As a Washington resident, you have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data, and access such data.
- Withdraw consent for our collection and sharing of your consumer health data.
- Have your consumer health data deleted.
- Receive a list of all third parties with whom we have shared your consumer health data.
15.2 Consent
We will obtain your affirmative consent before collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data. We do not sell consumer health data. Consent will be specific, informed, and freely given through clear opt-in mechanisms.
15.3 Geofencing
We do not use geofencing technology around healthcare facilities to identify or track consumers or to send notifications, messages, or advertisements related to consumer health data or healthcare services.
15.4 How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your MHMDA rights, contact us at support@trytrimtoday.com with the subject line “Washington MHMDA Request” or call +1 727-228-1025. We will respond within the timelines required by the MHMDA. You may also file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General if you believe your rights have been violated.
16. Other State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. The following table summarizes the laws we honor:

We will verify your identity and respond within the timelines required by your state’s law (generally 45 days, with possible 45-day extensions where allowed). You may appeal any denial of a request by replying to our response.
17. Your General Rights and Choices
Regardless of your state of residence, you have the following choices:
17.1 Account Information
You can update your account information at any time by logging into your account or contacting us.
17.2 Marketing Communications
You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or contacting us. You can opt out of marketing SMS by replying STOP to any marketing message. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional or service messages required to deliver your care.
17.3 Cookies
You can manage cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings (see Section 7.2).
17.4 Do Not Track
Our Platform honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law. Browser-based “Do Not Track” signals are not universally honored, but we recommend using GPC where supported.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice through the Platform, email, or SMS as appropriate. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
