SMS is the fastest way to reach us. Text 727-228-1025 and most messages receive a reply within an hour during business hours, and within a few hours overnight. For urgent medical concerns, calling our 24/7 phone line gets you a live person immediately.

Does Trim Today have in-app messaging?

No. We don’t currently offer in-app messaging. We’ve found that SMS, email, and phone are simpler, faster, and more reliable for everyone. You’ll always be able to reach a real person through one of those three channels.

Is Trim Today support really available 24/7?

Yes. Our nurses and care team are available around the clock for medical concerns. SMS and phone support are 24/7. Billing and administrative inquiries are handled during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM ET) but you can email any time and we’ll respond within 24 hours.

Can I contact the pharmacy directly?

Yes. For prescription-specific questions, you can contact our partner pharmacies directly. Logos Pharmacy (primary partner, Tampa, FL) can be reached at 855-564-6779 or support@logosrx.com. Angel Pharmacy (fulfillment partner, Hudson, FL) can be reached at 727-300-2087. For most issues, however, contacting our care team first is faster.

What if I have a side effect or medical concern?

For non-emergency medical concerns, text or call us right away — we’ll connect you with a nurse or your provider. For severe or potentially life-threatening symptoms (severe abdominal pain, severe vomiting, signs of allergic reaction, or any emergency), call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

How do I cancel my plan or request a refund?

You can cancel anytime by texting, emailing, or calling our support team. There are no cancellation fees. If you’ve prepaid for a longer plan, refund policies apply per our terms — typically prorated for any unused months. Reach out and we’ll handle it quickly.

Where is Trim Today based?

Trim Today operates entirely online as a telehealth service across 48 U.S. states plus Puerto Rico. Our partner pharmacies are physically located in Florida — Logos Pharmacy in Tampa and Angel Pharmacy in Hudson — and we work with board-certified physicians licensed in every state we serve.

Will my contact information be kept private?
