Medical Media Partners LLC (DBA: TrimToday)

    Jurisdictional Policy

    Last updated: May 19, 2026
    Effective Date: May 19, 2026

This Jurisdictional Policy describes the geographic areas in which Trim Today telehealth services are available, the requirements for receiving care, and the jurisdiction governing legal disputes. It supplements but does not modify our Terms of Service.

    1. Overview

Medical Media Partners LLC – DBA TrimToday operates a telehealth platform that connects patients with board-certified physicians licensed in their respective states for medical evaluation and, where clinically appropriate, GLP-1 weight loss treatment and related compounded therapies. Because medical licensing and telehealth regulations vary by state, Trim Today’s services are governed by the laws of the state in which the patient is physically located at the time of consultation.

    3. States Where Trim Today Services Are Not Available

    Mississippi and Louisiana

Trim Today does not currently offer services to residents physically located in Mississippi or Louisiana. State laws and medical board regulations in these states currently prohibit or restrict the prescribing of weight-loss medications via telehealth.

    Specifically:

    • Mississippi: Mississippi Board of Medical Licensure regulations restrict telehealth prescribing of certain weight loss medications, requiring in-person establishment of the doctor-patient relationship.
    • Louisiana: Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners requires an in-person examination before prescribing weight-loss medications and restricts telehealth-only prescribing for this category.

If you are a resident of Mississippi or Louisiana, we encourage you to consult a local in-person healthcare provider about weight-loss treatment options.

    4. Provider Licensing

Trim Today contracts with board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who are licensed to practice medicine in each state we serve. All prescriptions issued through the TrimToday Platform are written by a provider licensed in the state where the patient is physically located at the time of consultation.

Trim Today’s provider network includes more than 1,000 board-certified physicians across the 48 U.S. states plus Puerto Rico that we serve. Every Provider:

    • Holds an active, unrestricted medical license in the state where the patient resides
    • Is board-certified or board-eligible in their specialty
    • Has been credentialed and verified through our medical group partners
    • Practices within the scope of their state-specific license

For more information about provider qualifications, contact us at support@trytrimtoday.com with the subject “Provider Qualifications.”

    5. Pharmacy Licensing

Trim Today partners with two state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, both located in Florida:

    • Logos Pharmacy (Primary partner) — 7543 W. Waters Ave, Tampa, FL 33615. State-licensed by the Florida Board of Pharmacy. Operates under FDA 503A compounding regulations. Holds non-resident pharmacy licenses in additional states as required for interstate dispensing.
    • Angel Pharmacy (Fulfillment partner) — 7306 State Road 52, Suite 4, Hudson, FL 34667. State-licensed by the Florida Board of Pharmacy. Operates under FDA 503A compounding regulations. Holds non-resident pharmacy licenses in additional states as required for interstate dispensing.

Both pharmacies maintain the appropriate state-by-state pharmacy licensing required to ship compounded medications across state lines to patients in our service area.

    6. Address and Location Requirements

    6.1 Patient Location at Consultation

To receive services through Trim Today, you must be physically located in one of the 48 served U.S. states (or Puerto Rico) at the time of your medical consultation. Your provider must be licensed in the state where you are physically located. If you relocate to a different served state, please update your account so we can assign you a provider licensed in your new state.

6.2 Travel and Temporary Out-of-State Stays

If you travel temporarily to a state where Trim Today does not operate (such as Mississippi or Louisiana), you may continue to receive your existing prescription refills as scheduled, but new consultations and new prescriptions cannot be issued while you are physically located in an excluded state. Plan your refills accordingly when traveling. Contact us at support@trytrimtoday.com with travel-related questions.

    6.3 International Travel

Trim Today does not provide services to patients physically located outside the United States or Puerto Rico. If you travel internationally, your prescriptions cannot be shipped to international addresses, and you cannot receive new consultations until you return to the United States.

    6.4 Shipping Address Requirements

Trim Today requires a valid physical shipping address (not a PO Box) in one of the served states for medication delivery. See our Terms of Service, Section XVI, for shipping address requirements.

    7. Patient Eligibility Requirements

In addition to being physically located in a served state, patients must meet the following eligibility criteria:

    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Reside in the United States or Puerto Rico
    • Provide accurate, complete medical history during intake
    • Meet the medical criteria for GLP-1 weight loss treatment, as determined by the prescribing provider
    • Not have any disqualifying medical contraindications (see Telehealth Informed Consent for details)
    • Have a valid physical shipping address for medication delivery
    • Have a valid payment method

Trim Today reserves the right to decline service to any patient on a case-by-case basis if medical, legal, regulatory, or operational factors warrant.

    8. State-Specific Considerations

8.1 States with Additional Telehealth Disclosures

Some states require additional telehealth-specific informed consent or disclosures, including but not limited to New York, California, and Texas. The disclosures appear in our Telehealth Informed Consent and other policies as applicable.

8.2 States with Weight Loss Consumer Protection Laws

Some states have specific consumer protection laws applicable to weight loss services, including Florida (Statute 501.0575), New York, California, Michigan, and others. The relevant disclosures appear in our Weight Loss Consumer Bill of Rights.

8.3 States with Enhanced Privacy Laws

Residents of Washington (My Health My Data Act), California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Tennessee, and other states have enhanced privacy rights. See our Privacy Policy for full details on state-specific privacy rights.

    9. Legal Entity and Governing Law

    • This Wyoming choice of law and forum applies to all patients regardless of the state in which they reside.

This choice of law and forum does not waive your rights under your state’s consumer protection laws to the extent those laws apply notwithstanding the choice of law clause.

    10. Changes to Service Availability

Trim Today reserves the right to change the states in which we offer services at any time, with or without prior notice, in response to changes in state law, regulatory guidance, business needs, or operational considerations. We will update this Jurisdictional Policy when service availability changes.

If service availability changes in your state and you are an active patient, we will provide reasonable advance notice and assist with continuity of care to the extent possible.

    11. Frequently Asked Questions

Is Trim Today available in my state?

Trim Today serves 48 U.S. states plus Puerto Rico. The only excluded states are Mississippi and Louisiana. If you live in any other U.S. state or the District of Columbia, Trim Today is available to you.

What if I move to a different state?

Update your account with your new address. If your new state is one we serve, we will reassign you to a provider licensed in your new state. If you move to Mississippi or Louisiana, we will be unable to continue your treatment, but we will help you transition your care.

    What if I’m traveling temporarily?

You can continue to receive your existing refills while traveling. However, new consultations and new prescriptions can only be issued when you are physically located in a state where we operate. See Section 6.2.

Why aren’t you available in Mississippi or Louisiana?

State law and medical board regulations in those states currently prohibit or restrict telehealth-only prescribing of weight-loss medications. We are unable to provide services in those states under those regulations.

Can a provider in another state prescribe to me?

No. The provider who prescribes your medication must be licensed in the state where you are physically located at the time of the consultation. This is a requirement of state medical practice laws, not a Trim Today policy.
