Weight Loss Consumer Bill of Rights

    Last updated: May 19, 2026
    Effective Date: May 19, 2026

This document contains statutory disclosures required by Florida Statute 501.0575 (the Weight-Loss Consumer Bill of Rights) and similar consumer protection laws in other states where TrimToday operates. Please read it carefully before purchasing or using our weight loss services.

    1. Introduction

TrimToday is committed to consumer transparency and full compliance with state-specific weight loss program disclosure requirements. This document summarizes your statutory rights as a weight loss program consumer and provides disclosures required by applicable state laws. State-specific disclosures appear in Sections 4 through 8 below.

    2. Required Statutory Disclosures (All States)

WARNING: Rapid weight loss may cause serious health problems. Rapid weight loss is weight loss of more than 1.5 to 2 pounds per week, or weight loss of more than 1 percent of body weight per week after the second week of participation in a weight-loss program.

Consult your physician before starting any weight-loss program.

Only permanent lifestyle changes — such as healthier eating habits and regular physical activity — promote long-term weight loss. Medication, when prescribed, is intended to support, not replace, these changes.

    3. Your General Rights as a Weight Loss Consumer

Regardless of the state you live in, you have the following rights when purchasing weight-loss services from TrimToday:

    1. The right to ask questions about the program and its potential risks before enrolling. Contact us at support@trytrimtoday.com or 727-228-1025 at any time.
    2. The right to receive itemized pricing of the products and services included in your program. Trim Today plans are flat-rate and include medication, all injection supplies, refrigerated overnight shipping, provider oversight, and 24/7 care team access. No member fees, no dosage upcharges, no hidden costs.
    3. The right to receive a written estimate of the program’s expected duration. Most patients use Trim Today services for 3 to 12 months, depending on their goals and clinical response. Your provider will discuss expected duration during your consultation.
    4. The right to information about the qualifications of any healthcare professional involved in your program. Provider qualifications are available on request by emailing support@trytrimtoday.com with the subject line “Provider Qualifications.”
    5. The right to cancel and/or receive a refund according to the terms in our Terms of Service, including our 30-day money-back guarantee on initial enrollment.
    6. The right to be free from coercion, intimidation, or deceptive sales practices.

    4. Florida — Required Disclosures Under Statute 501.0575

If you reside in Florida, Florida Statute 501.0575 (the Florida Weight-Loss Consumer Bill of Rights) requires us to make the following disclosures to you before you purchase weight-loss services:

    A. Statutory Warning About Rapid Weight Loss

“WARNING: Rapid weight loss may cause serious health problems. Rapid weight loss is weight loss of more than 1.5 to 2 pounds per week, or weight loss of more than 1 percent of body weight per week after the second week of participation in a weight-loss program. Consult your physician before starting any weight-loss program.”

    B. Lifestyle Change Statement

“Only permanent lifestyle changes — such as healthier eating habits and regular physical activity — promote long-term weight loss.”

    C. Qualifications of Healthcare Professionals

Qualifications of the healthcare professionals delivering services through Trim Today are available upon request. Email support@trytrimtoday.com with the subject line “Provider Qualifications” to receive a copy.

    D. Itemized Cost Statement

You have the right to an itemized statement of all costs associated with your weight-loss program. Trim Today plans include:

    • Compounded GLP-1 medication (semaglutide or tirzepatide, as prescribed)
    • All injection supplies (syringes, alcohol prep pads, sharps container)
    • Overnight refrigerated shipping
    • Initial medical consultation and intake review
    • Ongoing provider oversight, including dose adjustments and refills
    • 24/7 access to nurses and care team via SMS, email, and phone

There are no additional charges, member fees, or upcharges for dose increases. Optional add-on therapies (e.g., Zofran, NAD+, Lipo-C, Sermorelin) are separately priced and disclosed at checkout.

    E. Program Duration

The typical TrimToday weight-loss program lasts from 3 to 12 months, depending on your individual goals, clinical response, and the duration of your selected subscription plan. Long-term weight maintenance may require ongoing or intermittent treatment under your provider’s clinical judgment.

    5. California — Required Disclosures

If you reside in California, the California Department of Public Health requires that weight loss programs disclose realistic expectations and potential risks. The disclosures in Sections 2 and 3 above apply. In addition, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California’s Auto-Renewal Law:

    7. Michigan — Required Disclosures
